EAT CLEAN (2018)

EAT CLEAN is about capitalism and mental health. Using satire and spoken word, it examines how contemporary fetishization of work, combined with plummeting labour conditions, can create a crisis in emotional wellbeing for those who engage in such fetishization. It's about the dread and distress caused by living in perpetual economic precarity, and using guided meditations and green smoothies to try to feel better.
